Privacy requests

For privacy questions, to request access, correction or deletion of your registration information, or to withdraw consent for project emails, sales calls or text messages, email info@theparadisegarden.ca.

Registration information

The form requires your first name, last name, email address and phone number. Your home interest is optional. Providing a phone number does not subscribe you to sales calls or text messages. The service records your email permission and its wording, registration time, and a technical registration identifier. We use this information to provide the project updates you request. The security check processes technical browser information to help prevent abuse. Email updates require your positive consent.

Service providers

The service uses Cloudflare to process registrations and send internal registration notifications, and Google Sheets as the sales team’s restricted registration record. An authorized team member receives a brief email with your name, email address, phone number and home interest so the team can handle your registration. These providers may process information outside Canada. Access to registration records is restricted to authorized personnel and service accounts.

Retention

Ordinary enquiry details are kept for the project and deleted within 365 calendar days after project completion, defined as the final home closing for Paradise Garden. Valid earlier deletion requests will be handled through the privacy request process.

Minimum consent evidence are kept while we rely on your consent for project updates, then for 3 calendar years after your project subscription ends. This means your withdrawal date, or the date the project mailing list closes if you have not withdrawn. If a message was actually sent later, the later date will be used. Exact permission wording, contact method choices and the email address or phone number the permission applies to forms the minimum consent evidence. Names and home interests are not kept solely as consent evidence.

A restricted do-not-contact record are kept while project mailing lists, importable exports or restorable copies could reintroduce your address. We will review these records quarterly and remove them when those sources are retired. You may withdraw permission for emails, calls or texts by contacting our team and specifying the method to stop. A request to stop all project contact stops all three methods.

Encrypted recovery backups under our control will expire within 30 calendar days of creation. Deleted details may remain in those restricted copies for up to 30 days after removal from active systems. Deletions and withdrawals will be reconciled before a restored copy resumes service. Provider-managed recovery and document histories are separate from backups we create. They may retain restricted historical copies according to the provider’s applicable settings and recovery windows; removal from active records does not immediately erase every historical copy.

Website services

No marketing analytics or advertising pixels are configured. Cloudflare’s security check may use essential browser storage. A private review session, when enabled, uses a temporary sign-in cookie. Opening the external Google Maps link takes you to Google’s website and its privacy practices.
